This Privacy Policy explains how OPM Skills NYC ("we," "our," "us") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use opmskills.nyc (the "Site") or our training services. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
We use information to schedule and deliver training, process payments, communicate with you about your sessions and orders, improve our programs, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Order, account, and contact records are retained as long as needed to deliver training, fulfill subscriptions, maintain reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA / CPRA; EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Many of our athletes are minors. We only register accounts for adults (parents/guardians) and collect minimal information about minors directly tied to scheduling sessions. We do not knowingly collect more than is needed for training.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including hashed passwords and Stripe-managed payment data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
